Ready to soar? The MetaCTF Pro CTF brings a full-day competition to BSidesChicago with challenges spanning web, crypto, reversing, forensics, cloud, and more. And yes—our mascot Sasha has hidden a few flamingo-themed Easter eggs just for you. 🦩
Format & Vibe
- All levels welcome: from approachable to very spicy.
- Solo or teams: build your squad or join one on site.
- Hints available: spend points strategically to nudge forward.
- Live scoreboard: watch the flock jostle for the top perch.
Schedule
- 07:30 – Doors open, check-in & setup
- 10:00 – CTF launch & rules overview
- 12:00–13:00 – Lunch (platform remains live)
- Rest of Schedule TBD
- 17:00 – CTF ends (winners announced during closing)
What to Bring
- Laptop with Wi-Fi (USB ports recommended)
- Power adapter (and a small power strip if you’re team-captain nice)
- Optional: USB-bootable tools, common CLI utilities, note-taking app
We’ll provide power drops and internet. Be kind to your neighbors; share outlets.
Rules & Conduct
- No attacking event infrastructure or other participants.
- Only target services designated within the CTF platform.
- Be respectful. Collaborate. Help newcomers rise with the flock.
